For tokens other than GHST, the Aavegotchi Migrate service is the best choice. 

Powered by Socket.tech, this service allows fast cross-chain transfer of assets between **Polygon** and **Geist**. 

Currently supported tokens include:

* USDC
* Aavegotchi FUD
* Aavegotchi FOMO
* Aavegotchi ALPHA
* Aavegotchi KEK
